Canelation, Return & Exchange Policy
Cancelation Policy:
Once order is placed a confirmation email or SMS is sended to You (Customer). You have 24 hours to cancel the product. Within 24 Hours you have to reply to the order confirmation for cancellation of the product. Once we receive your order cancelation request within 24 hours of your cancelation request order would be canceled and refund would be made. Refund email would also be sended to you.
If order is not canceled within 24 hours it is automatically accepted and order fulfilment process is started.
Canceling order in between the order Processing Time would result in only 50% refund.
Once the order is Dispatched you cannot cancel the order but have the Option to return the Product.
Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The Return charges would be on customer.
if the Product received by you is defective or damaged, you have to return the product to us, Once we receive it, we would check it, if its defective we would refund you complete amount and would also pay for the shipping charges you paid.
WE DON'T OFFER RETURN LABEL.
if the product we receive is not defective then the full refund would be made to you but the delivery charges that you pay for return would not be reimbursed.
Customized Products cannot be returned. If you have a name print on gloves or set, they would not be accepted as returned
You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Exchange Policy:
you can exchange any product if it is unused within 7 days of delivery. The Exchanged Product should be unused. As Soon as the product is received Back the new product would be dispatched on its behalf. The delivery charges of Product returning and exchanged product would be on the Customer.
